Cluster Box Unit (CBU)
Produced by Florence Corporation, This is the industry standard for mail delivery for condos, housing developments, and other outdoor multi-unit dwellings. Each tenant door is individually keyed with replaceable locks. Outgoing slots are easy to securely drop mail into. Parcel lockers can be opened by shared keys, delivered by postal workers to the tenant boxes. The entire Cluster Box Unit (CBU) can be opened at once by US postal workers to deliver mail quickly and securely.
Postal Services supplies and installs cluster boxes, and connects them to the USPS delivery system which saves property developers time and money.
Made from 300 series stainless steel and aircraft aluminum. It comes with 8, 12, 13, or 16 tenant doors, as well as outgoing and parcel box(es). It is offered in 6 powder-coated colors.
